Panther Pressure Testing tests BOP stacks for drilling, completions and workover operations across Western Canada. We are based in Parkland County, Alberta, and we drive to your rig. Here is how a BOP stack test with us works, from the first call to the report.
Booking the test
Call (587) 590 2858 or email k.bjarnason@pantherpressure.ca with three things: the location, the equipment to be tested and when you need it. We are open 24/7. You can also send the details through our contact page.
At the rig
We stay mobile and ready to deploy, and we drive directly to your rig so your testing gets done without delaying your timeline. We work to our own field procedures and to your site rules.
The test
We function and pressure test BOP stacks up to 10,000 PSI. Testing is done with glycol, methanol or water, depending on your requirements and the operation. On every test we verify the pressure levels, the hold times and the valve function. All testing is done using approved procedures and calibrated equipment.
The report
After the test you get a clear, documented test report with the pressure levels, hold times and valve checks. It is ready for compliance, audits and your own records. More on that on our Reporting and Compliance page.
Safety
Panther Pressure Testing is COR Certified, and our team trains to industry best practices guided by Energy Safety Canada. Our HSE page has more on how we work safely.
